The Philosopher's Index - Printed Editions

Cumulative Editions

Volume 40 is the current volume and was published June 20, 2007.  It is the hardbound version of the four most recently published quarterly issues (Volume 40, Issues 1-4).  The price for institutions is $385, and for individuals, $149.  ISBN 0-9749825-2-0. (Note: For orders outside of the U.S., please add $50 for shipping per subscription. Please note that the U.S. postal service has eliminated surface mail and all orders now go by ISAL (international surface airlift M-bag).
 

Quarterly Issues

Volume 42 is the current volume (Note: The last issue published and mailed was 42:1 on June 17, 2007).  The price is $384 for institutions and $115 for individuals.  ISSN 0031-7993. (Note: For orders outside of the U.S., please add $50 for shipping per subscription. Please note that the U.S. postal service has eliminated surface mail and all orders now go by ISAL (international surface airlift M-bag).

All prices are in U.S. dollars and include mailing costs WITHIN the U.S.  NOTE:  For all orders mailed OUTSIDE of the U.S., please add $50.00 for each full Quarterly and Cumulative subscription (or $12.50 per quarterly issue) for shipping. Cumulative Editions to destinations in the U.S. are shipped via UPS ground.  Payments must be made in U.S. dollars, and if paying by check, the check must be drawn on a U.S. bank.  We accept payment by check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank or by Visa, or MasterCard.  You may order by mail, e-mail, phone, or fax.  Please send your order or inquiries to:  dwayland@philinfo.org

Please note that subscriptions to non-U.S. addresses are now sent via ISAL (international surface airlift M-bag) as the U.S. postal service has eliminated surface mail.  Orders are processed immediately upon receipt but issues may still take 10 days to 2 weeks to arrive to Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia.
